What is an ASF?
An Advanced Seminar for Novice Drivers (ASF) is a mandatory remedial measure for novice drivers who have become conspicuous during the probationary period. It serves to promote traffic safety and aims to sensitize novice drivers to risky situations.
When is an ASF mandatory?
