Terms and Conditions (AGB)

These terms and conditions apply to registration and participation in courses and driving lessons at [Name of the Driving School].

Registration can be done in person, by phone, or via the online registration form. It becomes binding once confirmed by us.

The driving school provides services in accordance with the agreed contract and the legal requirements of the Driving School Training Regulations.

Withdrawal from registration is free of charge up to 14 days before the course starts. After that, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.

The driving school is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breaches of contract.

Personal data is processed exclusively for the purpose of course registration and execution and is not passed on to third parties.

If individual provisions of these terms and conditions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
